Art is more than taste and talent. It’s an expression of who we are.

Much of my art is religious in nature. My faith upholds me in fighting for the rights of my neighbors: trans, gay, nonbinary, bi, genderfluid, lesbian, agender, pan, aro/ace, genderqueer, and all the ways they live and love.

I reject, with all my soul and strength, any practice of religion which seeks to impose cisheterosexuality as normative. I reject any form of my faith which labels LGBTQ+ identities as sinful or mistaken.

I run Siglum Calligraphy because I want to make the world more beautiful. And if you are part of the LGBTQ+ community, please know that yours is a beauty I want to help thrive.
